About
I am a book artist, educator, and facilitator whose work sits at the intersection of book arts, mindfulness, and therapeutic photography. With a background in higher education teaching, I have spent many years supporting creative learning and reflective practice.
In November 2025, I stepped away from my university role to follow a more heart-led path, focusing on developing workshops, resources, and community connections that place creativity, care, and curiosity at their centre. My practice is rooted in gentle making, mindful observation, and accessible approaches that can be used personally, professionally, or within wider community contexts.
Through my work, I encourage others to explore book arts not only as a beautiful craft, but as a powerful tool for reflection, wellbeing, and connection.

Well worth doing – not only because Lynne is very knowledgeable about photography, but also because of her approach to mindfulness and the way she inspires confidence and openness in the group participants. It’s also a lot of fun and very enjoyable. Mindful Photography Course, St. Lukes Cheshire

Thank you Lynne. Over two short sessions you held together a disparate group of people. You oversaw us gelling and becoming a cohesive group with one aim which came from many standpoints. The joy and appreciation in the group was almost tangible. Mindful Photography workshop, Barnton Community
